What to avoid putting in a binder

• Passwords, PINs, seed phrases, recovery codes, and security answers.
• Full bank/card numbers.
• Copies of sensitive documents unless you have a secure storage plan.

What belongs instead

• Where documents are stored.
• Who has authority or should be contacted.
• Which accounts, insurers, doctors, schools, vets, or employers matter.
• What should happen first in an emergency.
